Job Description
King Salman Mandiri is currently recruiting experienced Indonesian seafarers to join its fleet of Container, General Cargo, and Bulk Carrier vessels operating worldwide.
The company is seeking qualified officers, engineers, deck ratings, and engine ratings with previous experience on similar vessel types. Successful candidates will support safe vessel operations, navigation, engineering, cargo handling, maintenance, and onboard safety while complying with international maritime regulations.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank
- Support safe navigation and cargo operations
- Carry out deck, engine room, and maintenance duties
- Maintain vessel equipment and operational readiness
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and international maritime regulations
- Work effectively within a multinational crew
- Maintain high standards of professionalism onboard
Requirements
- Indonesian nationals only
- Previous experience in the same rank and vessel type
- Minimum 3–4 completed contracts in the applied position
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- BST must be the latest MSC.560 version
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, Medical Certificate, and all required maritime documents
- All certificates and travel documents must remain valid for at least 18 months
- Very good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
