Job Description:
PT. Aliyah Est Indonesia is urgently hiring experienced crew members for VLCC operations. Candidates must have real experience in VLCC STS operations in the Strait of Hormuz and previous ocean-going experience working with mixed nationality crews. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and engine operations onboard VLCC vessels
• Participation in STS (Ship-to-Ship) operations in the Strait of Hormuz
• Compliance with international maritime safety regulations and company procedures
• Maintenance of vessel equipment and operational readiness
• Effective communication and teamwork within multinational crews

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same rank and on similar vessel type
• Ocean-going experience with mixed nationality crews
• Full COVID-19 vaccination
• Valid documents and certificates with minimum 18 months validity
• Must have real VLCC STS experience in the Strait of Hormuz
