Job Description
DESE Crew Management is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Indonesian seafarers for immediate deployment onboard Chemical/Oil Tanker and General Cargo vessels.
The company is seeking motivated crew members with previous experience in the same rank and vessel type to support safe and efficient vessel operations while complying with international maritime regulations and company procedures.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on rank, duties may include:
- Perform assigned duties according to rank and company procedures.
- Support safe navigation, cargo handling, engine room, maintenance, or catering operations.
- Maintain vessel equipment and operational readiness.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response activities.
- Comply with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, and company HSE policies.
- Work effectively within a multinational crew environment.
- Maintain high standards of safety, discipline, and teamwork.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Indonesian nationality.
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
- All certificates and documents must remain valid for a minimum of 15 months.
- Good English communication skills and professional attitude.
- Minimum 2 completed contracts in the same rank and vessel type.
- Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
- Medically fit for sea service.
Additional Requirement (General Cargo)
- Valid Schengen Visa required.
