Job Description:
Avantgarde Shipping Corporation is recruiting an experienced Full Crew / All Ranks for a Bulk Panamax Vessel, with joining planned for September 2026.
Candidates should have previous experience on Bulk Carrier / General Cargo vessels and meet the company’s minimum sea-service requirements.

Deck Department:
- Master
- Chief Officer
- 2nd Officer
- 3rd Officer
- Bosun
- Able Seaman (AB)
- Ordinary Seaman (OS)
Engine Department:
- Chief Engineer
- 2nd Engineer
- 3rd Engineer
- 4th Engineer
- Fitter
- Oiler
- Wiper
- Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
Catering Department:
- Chief Cook
- Messman / Steward
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 completed contract on a Bulk Carrier or General Cargo Vessel
- Minimum 9 months’ sea service and/or contract duration, as specified by the employer
- Experience preferably on vessels of 25,000 GT and above
- Valid STCW and relevant training certificates
- Valid travel documents
- Valid medical certificate
- Relevant certification for the applied rank
- Candidates must be able to provide complete and valid employment/training documentation
