Y SHIP MANAGEMENT is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join Bulk Carrier vessels operating worldwide.
The company is seeking experienced crew members across deck, engine, electrical, and catering departments. Candidates with relevant sea-going experience and valid maritime certification are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
As per company policy, main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform assigned duties according to rank and vessel procedures
- Support safe and efficient Bulk Carrier operations
- Carry out deck, cargo, engine room, electrical, maintenance, and catering duties as applicable
- Participate in navigation, mooring, anchoring, cargo handling, and maintenance operations
- Assist with inspections, repairs, and routine equipment maintenance
- Maintain equipment, work areas, and operational readiness onboard
- Participate in emergency drills, toolbox meetings, and safety procedures
- Follow company HSE policies and international maritime regulations
- Work effectively as part of a professional multinational crew
Requirements
General Requirements
- Relevant sea-going experience in the applied position preferred
- Previous Bulk Carrier vessel experience is an advantage
- Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for applicable officer positions
- Valid Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) and other rank-specific qualifications as applicable
- Valid passport, Seaman’s Book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international crew environment
