Job Description:
Cardiff Crewing Filipinas Inc. is recruiting an experienced Fitter for a Tanker vessel. The Fitter will support the engine department with mechanical maintenance, repairs, fabrication, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out mechanical maintenance and repair work.
Assist engineers with machinery troubleshooting and repairs.
Perform fitting, fabrication, and workshop duties as required.
Support planned maintenance and equipment inspections.
Follow onboard safety procedures and technical instructions
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Fitter
Tanker vessel experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid seafarer's documents
