Job Description:
Elwin Crew Management Inc. is hiring a Fitter for a Container Ship. The Fitter will assist with mechanical maintenance, repairs, fabrication, and servicing of machinery and equipment onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repair work.
- Assist with machinery overhauls and servicing.
- Carry out fitting and fabrication tasks.
- Support engineers during maintenance and repair operations.
- Follow onboard safety procedures when performing technical work.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Relevant Fitter qualification where applicable.
- Previous marine experience as a Fitter.
- Container Ship experience is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
