Fitter for Bulk Carrier Vessel (Mozambique)

Job Description:
Lianson Fleet Group Berhad is looking for an experienced Fitter to join a Bulk Carrier vessel operating in Mozambique. The successful candidate will assist the engine department with mechanical maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Carrying out mechanical maintenance and repair work.
• Inspecting machinery and mechanical components.
• Assisting engineers with troubleshooting.
• Maintaining workshop tools and equipment.
• Following engine-room safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Fitter onboard Bulk Carrier vessels.
• Relevant technical qualifications and certifications.
• Valid STCW certification package.
• Valid passport, Seaman's Book, and medical fitness certificate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge and teamwork abilities.
