Job Description:
Star Ocean Manning Philippines Inc. is recruiting Electro-Technical Officers (ETO) for tanker vessels. The ETO will be responsible for maintaining electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor automation, control, and alarm systems.
Assist with testing and repair of electrical equipment.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid ETO Certificate of Competency / certification
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Relevant ETO experience
Previous tanker vessel experience preferred
