Job Description:
ELWIN Crew Inc. is currently recruiting an experienced Electro-Technical Rating (ETR) to join its Container Vessel fleet. The successful candidate will assist the Electro-Technical Officer with the maintenance and repair of the vessel's electrical and electronic equipment, ensuring reliable operation throughout international voyages.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist with maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic systems onboard.
Support troubleshooting of automation and control equipment.
Perform routine inspections of electrical installations.
Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.
Participate in emergency drills and follow company safety procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid Electro-Technical Rating certification
Previous experience on Container Vessels or similar cargo vessels preferred
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
