Job Description:
KICM Maritime Corporation is looking for an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join an Oil/Chemical MR Tanker on an ASAP basis. Candidates must have relevant ME Engine experience and a valid U.S. visa. The position offers a competitive salary along with rejoining and seniority bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and automation systems onboard.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of vessel electrical equipment.
Monitor generators, switchboards, alarms, and associated machinery systems.
Assist with electrical maintenance related to the main engine and engine-room equipment.
Ensure all electrical work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an ETO on Oil/Chemical Tankers
ME Engine experience required
Valid U.S. Visa
Valid STCW certificates
Valid ETO certification / CoC
Valid medical fitness certificate
Good command of English
Relevant seafarer's documents
Availability to join ASAP
