ETO for Oil / Chemical Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Global Gateway Crewing Services Inc. is recruiting an Electrician / ETO for an Oil/Chemical MR Tanker. The position is responsible for maintaining the vessel's electrical, electronic and control systems and supporting safe and reliable operation of onboard equipment.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintain electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
• Carry out inspections, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Support maintenance of automation, alarms and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with vessel procedures.
• Maintain electrical safety standards onboard.

Requirements

• Valid ETO / Electrician certification and STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Valid seafarer documents.
• Relevant experience as an ETO / Marine Electrician.
• Tanker experience is an advantage.
