The ETO manages all electrical, electronic, and automation systems onboard, ensuring continuity and safety of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of electrical and automation systems
• Troubleshooting breakdowns and technical faults
• Oversight of communication and navigation electronics
• Energy monitoring and optimization
• Compliance with safety regulations and documentation
Requirements:
• Valid ETO certification
• Experience with shipboard electrical systems
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills
• STCW compliance and medical fitness
