Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join an LPG Vessel operating in Southeast Asia within the offshore sector. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems critical to safe cargo handling and vessel operations. The position offers stable rotation, strong career prospects, and the possibility of a permanent contract. Candidates must have proven experience on LPG or VLGC vessels and be familiar with advanced cargo and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems onboard
• Maintain cargo automation systems, IGS/IGG, compressors, PLC, and control systems
• Ensure proper functioning of main switchboard and power distribution systems
• Support safe cargo operations in compliance with LPG tanker regulations
• Report and resolve electrical faults efficiently

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Valid ETO Certificate of Competency
• Minimum 1 year experience as ETO on LPG or VLGC vessels
• Familiarity with IGS, IGG, cargo automation systems, compressors, PLC, main switchboard, and control systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and electronic systems
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Holding valid Gas Familiarization / Gas Tanker Advanced certification
