Job Description:
The Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of the vessel's electrical and electronic systems onboard the LPG Carrier.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment.
Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections.
Assist with repairs and fault-finding of electrical systems and control equipment.
Ensure electrical systems are operated safely and efficiently.
Maintain records of electrical maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid ETO certification / relevant CoC
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Relevant experience as an ETO
LPG / gas vessel experience preferred
