ETO for Bulk Carrier Vessel

Job Description

KJCM Maritime Corporation is hiring an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join a Panamax Bulk Carrier Vessel.

Candidates must have relevant main engine (ME) experience and be available for ASAP deployment. The position offers a salary of USD 6,065, plus a seniority bonus.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and troubleshoot the vessel’s electrical and electronic systems.
• Carry out inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Support safe and reliable operation of automation and control systems.
• Assist with fault finding and emergency electrical repairs.
• Maintain electrical maintenance records in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Valid ETO Certificate of Competency / required ETO certification
• Relevant ME Engine experience – Required
• Previous experience on bulk vessels is an advantage
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
• Availability to mobilise ASAP
