Job Description
LT Marine Offshore Services, Inc. is urgently recruiting a qualified Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join a Handysize Bulk Carrier.
Candidates must have relevant sea-service experience in the position applied for. For officers, a valid Marshall Islands Booklet is considered an advantage. Recommendation or appraisal reports are also a plus.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and troubleshoot the vessel’s electrical and electronic systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Monitor automation, alarm, control, and safety systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform repairs as required.
- Support safe and reliable operation of all electrical and electronic equipment onboard.
Requirements
- Qualified Electro-Technical Officer (ETO).
- Relevant sea-service experience as ETO.
- Bulk carrier experience preferred.
- Valid STCW certificates and ETO certification.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Valid Marshall Islands Booklet is an advantage.
- Recommendation/appraisal reports are an advantage.
