Job Description:
Navilands Marine, Inc. is hiring 2 Electro-Technical Officers (ETOs) to join LPG vessels. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems onboard.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of generators, switchboards, motors, and control systems.
Monitor automation, alarm, communication, and navigation equipment.
Identify electrical faults and perform or coordinate necessary repairs.
Ensure compliance with onboard electrical safety procedures and company standards.
Requirements:
2 ETO vacancies
Previous experience as an ETO
LPG vessel experience preferred
Valid ETO CoC and relevant certificates
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid seafarer's documents
Good command of English
Ability to work effectively as part of a multinational crew
