Job Description
Elburg Shipmanagement is urgently recruiting electrical personnel in the ETO/ETR category for oil tanker vessel. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems onboard.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Inspect and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out repairs.
- Assist with the maintenance of motors, control systems, and lighting.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and report equipment defects.
- Maintain records of inspections and maintenance work.
Requirements
- Relevant ETO or ETR qualification, as applicable to the position.
- Relevant marine electrical experience.
- Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents, as applicable.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Proficiency in English communication.
