Job Description

PT. Amancare Group is inviting applications for the position of Foreman on a bulk carrier operating within Indonesia. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the same rank and on the same type of vessel, along with good professional knowledge and a responsible attitude.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and supervise assigned crew and operational tasks.
• Support deck operations and routine vessel maintenance.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with onboard procedures.
• Monitor the condition of equipment and report defects to the appropriate officer.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safe working conditions in assigned areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Foreman on the same type of vessel.
• Maximum age: 55 years.
• All required documents must be valid for at least 1 year.
• Good professional knowledge and a positive working attitude.
• Valid seafarer documentation and applicable certificates.
• Relevant bulk carrier experience.
