Job Description
KJCM Maritime Corporation is urgently recruiting a qualified Chief Officer for a Supramax / Handy Bulk Carrier.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Master in the safe navigation and overall operation of the vessel.
- Plan and supervise cargo loading, discharging, and stowage operations.
- Oversee deck maintenance, safety procedures, and emergency preparedness.
- Supervise deck officers and ratings and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
- Maintain accurate deck, cargo, and safety documentation.
Requirements
- Valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency (CoC).
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
- Relevant bulk carrier experience.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Valid seafarer’s documents.
Employment Details
- Salary: USD 7,500 per month
- Additional Benefit: HMO
