Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Chief Officer to join a PCC vessel engaged in global vehicle transportation.
The Chief Officer is responsible for cargo operations, deck crew management, safety compliance, and assisting the Master in vessel operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervising cargo loading, unloading, and securing operations
• Managing deck crew and deck operations
• Ensuring proper cargo stowage and safety
• Maintaining deck equipment and safety systems
• Assisting the Master in navigation and vessel management
• Maintaining safety and environmental standards
Requirements
• Valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• PCC or Ro-Ro vessel experience preferred
• Good English communication skills
