Chief Officer for Panamax / Handysize /Capesize Bulk Carrier Vessels

Job Description

Spectrum Marine and Ship Management Inc. is recruiting an experienced Chief Officer for bulk vessels, including Panamax, Handysize, and Capesize vessels, for October–November deployment.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Master with safe and efficient vessel operations.
• Supervise deck crew and cargo operations.
• Manage deck maintenance and safety activities.
• Ensure compliance with vessel procedures and applicable regulations.
• Maintain required deck and cargo documentation.

Requirements

• Valid Chief Officer CoC and STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant Chief Officer experience on bulk vessels.
• Experience with Panamax, Handysize, or Capesize vessels as applicable.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid seafarer documents.
