Chief Office for Oil Chemical / Oil Product Tanker Vessels

Job Description

KJCM Maritime Corporation is seeking a qualified Chief Officer for an Oil/Chemical or Oil Product Tanker ahead of a new vessel takeover in December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Master in the safe navigation and overall operation of the vessel.
• Supervise cargo handling, tank preparation, and cargo safety procedures.
• Oversee deck maintenance, safety drills, and emergency preparedness.
• Supervise deck officers and ratings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate deck, cargo, and safety records.

Requirements

• Valid Chief Officer’s Certificate of Competency (CoC).
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant oil/chemical or oil product tanker experience.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Valid seafarer’s documents.

Employment Details

• Salary: USD 9,900 per month
• Bonus: Rejoining Bonus
• Joining: December 2026
