Job Description:
Sea Power Shipping Enterprises, Inc. is hiring an experienced Chief Mate for its Oil Tanker fleet. The successful candidate will manage deck operations, cargo handling, safety procedures, and deck crew supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Supervise cargo loading, discharge, and tank operations.
Manage deck crew and maintenance activities.
Maintain safety and emergency equipment.
Conduct stability calculations and voyage preparations.
Ensure compliance with company and international regulations.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid Chief Mate Certificate of Competency
Previous Oil Tanker experience in the same rank
