Job Description:
The company is recruiting an experienced Gas Engineer for an LPG Carrier. The role focuses on the maintenance and operation of cargo gas systems, compressors, reliquefaction equipment, and associated machinery, ensuring safe cargo handling throughout the voyage.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Operate and maintain LPG cargo handling equipment.
Monitor cargo machinery and gas systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
Ensure compliance with gas carrier safety procedures.
Assist during cargo loading, discharge, and tank operations.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous experience as Gas Engineer on LPG Carriers
Relevant gas carrier certification
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
