Chief Engineer for Pure Chemical Tanker Vessel

Job Description:

A reputable international crewing company is currently hiring qualified maritime professionals for deployment onboard Pure Chemical Tankers and Bulk Handy Size vessels. The company is seeking experienced and safety-oriented crew members capable of working in an international maritime environment.

Candidates will join vessels engaged in worldwide operations with multinational crews and modern onboard systems. Preference will be given to applicants holding a valid US Visa. The company offers stable employment opportunities and welcomes walk-in applicants for immediate screening and evaluation.

Successful candidates are expected to comply with international maritime regulations, maintain operational efficiency onboard, and support safe navigation, cargo handling, engine maintenance, and daily vessel operations according to their assigned rank.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing navigational, engineering, cargo, or deck operations according to rank
• Maintaining vessel safety, security, and environmental compliance
• Assisting with cargo handling, maintenance, and machinery operations
• Ensuring proper upkeep of onboard equipment and accommodation areas
• Following company procedures and international maritime standards

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Preferably with valid US Visa
• Previous experience in similar rank and vessel type preferred
• Tanker experience is an advantage for Pure Chemical Vessel applicants
• Chief Cook applicants should have experience in Indian cuisine
