Job Description:
A new Cadet Program is seeking motivated Engine Cadets who are ready to begin their maritime engineering careers onboard a growing fleet of LPG, tanker, and LNG vessels.
The position provides an opportunity to gain practical engine-room experience and develop technical skills under the supervision of experienced engineering officers.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and onboard training requirements, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting engineering officers with routine engine-room operations.
- Supporting machinery inspections, maintenance, and repair activities under supervision.
- Participating in planned maintenance and safety procedures.
- Maintaining cadet training records and completing assigned training tasks.
- Following company, engine-room, and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Completed University / Maritime Academy education – mandatory.
- Relevant maritime engineering education.
- Valid seafarer documents and certificates, where applicable.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong motivation to begin a career as a Marine Engineer.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills onboard.
- Nationality restrictions may apply.
