Job Description:

A new Cadet Program is open for motivated Deck Cadets looking to start their maritime career onboard a growing fleet of LPG, tanker, and LNG vessels.

The program offers an opportunity to gain practical sea-going experience, develop professional maritime skills, and work alongside experienced deck officers.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and onboard training requirements, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Assisting deck officers with daily vessel operations. 
•  Supporting navigation, deck maintenance, and cargo-related activities under supervision. 
•  Participating in safety drills and onboard emergency procedures. 
•  Maintaining required cadet training records and completing assigned tasks. 
•  Following company, vessel, and safety procedures at all times. 

Requirements:

• Completed University / Maritime Academy education – mandatory.
•  Relevant maritime education for a Deck Officer career. 
•  Valid seafarer documents and certificates, where applicable. 
•  Good English communication skills. 
•  Strong motivation to begin a maritime career. 
•  Willingness to learn and work as part of an international crew. 
• Nationality restrictions may apply.
