Bosun for Oil Tanker Vessel (UAE)

Job Description

WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is urgently recruiting an experienced Bosun to join an Oil Tanker in the UAE.

The Bosun will supervise and participate in routine deck operations, maintenance, mooring activities, and other duties within the deck department.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and participate in daily deck operations.
• Assist with mooring, anchoring, and cargo-related deck activities.
• Coordinate deck maintenance, painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Supervise ABs and OSs as directed by deck officers.
• Ensure deck operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous Bosun experience
• Oil tanker experience preferred
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Relevant seafarer's documentation
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid UAE VOA preferred
