Bosun for LNG / LPG Tanker Vessels

Job Description:

PT. Kuantum Marina Global is urgently recruiting an experienced Bosun to supervise deck ratings and coordinate routine deck operations aboard a dual-fuel Tanker vessel. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in the same rank and on the same vessel type.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervise deck ratings and organize daily deck work.
• Assist with mooring, unmooring, anchoring, and other deck operations.
• Coordinate deck maintenance, painting, and equipment inspections.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of deck equipment.
• Follow onboard safety procedures and participate in emergency drills.

Requirements:

• Indonesian nationality required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bosun on the same vessel type.
• All required documents valid for at least 12 months.
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the position.
• Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate, Seaman’s Book, and Passport.
• Fluent in English.
