Job Description
A reputable ship management company is currently seeking an experienced Bosun to join a Bulk Carrier vessel.
The successful candidate will supervise deck ratings, coordinate deck maintenance activities, support cargo operations, and ensure safe deck operations in accordance with company procedures and international maritime standards.
Candidates with previous Bulk Carrier experience and leadership skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily deck crew activities
- Plan and oversee maintenance, painting, and preservation work
- Assist with cargo handling and mooring operations
- Ensure deck equipment is maintained and operational
- Conduct safety inspections and toolbox meetings
- Support emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
- Maintain high housekeeping standards on deck
Requirements
- Previous experience as Bosun on Bulk Carrier vessels preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Experience supervising deck crews
- Good safety awareness and teamwork skills
- All certificates and documents must be valid
