Bosun for Aframax Tanker Vessel

PT. Aliyah Est Indonesia is looking for an experienced Bosun to join an Aframax Tanker.

The Bosun will supervise the deck crew and assist the Chief Officer with daily deck operations, maintenance, mooring, and cargo-related activities. Previous experience in the same position on Aframax Tankers is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising ABs and OS crew during daily deck operations.
• Coordinating deck maintenance, cleaning, and painting activities.
• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations.
• Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of deck equipment.
• Following onboard safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Bosun on Aframax Tankers is mandatory.
• Updated BST MSC 560.
• All documents and certificates valid for more than 18 months.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Fluent English communication skills.
