OS for Oil Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Executive Manning Services Philippines Inc. is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Ordinary Seaman (OS) onboard an oil tanker. The selected candidate will support the deck department with routine maintenance, cleaning, and other duties assigned by the Bosun and deck officers.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with cleaning, painting, and general deck maintenance.
• Support mooring, anchoring, and other deck operations under supervision.
• Maintain deck equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Assist the deck crew with daily operational tasks.
• Follow safety instructions and participate in onboard drills.

Requirements

• Relevant maritime training or experience as an Ordinary Seaman, as required by the employer.
• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the position.
• Valid seafarer medical fitness certificate.
• Valid Seaman’s Book and passport.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures.
