OS for LPG Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Jebsen PTC is seeking an Ordinary Seaman (OS) with previous tanker vessel experience to join an LPG Tanker Vessel. The OS will assist with deck maintenance, mooring operations, cargo-related support, and general deck duties under the supervision of senior deck crew.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and deck operations.
• Performing routine deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and preservation.
• Assisting ABs and senior deck officers with assigned tasks.
• Supporting cargo and safety operations as instructed.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and safe working practices on deck.

Requirements

• Previous OS experience on a tanker vessel is required.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Valid seaman’s book and relevant seafarer documents.
• Previous LPG/tanker experience is an advantage.
