OS for Container Carrier Vessel

Job Description:

Capital Ship Manning Phils. Inc. is seeking 1 Ordinary Seaman for a Container Carrier Vessel, with deployment required by December 2026. The successful candidate will assist the deck team with routine duties, maintenance, and safe vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with cleaning, painting, and general deck maintenance.
• Support mooring, unmooring, and other deck operations.
• Handle ropes, tools, and equipment under supervision.
• Assist Able Seamen and deck officers with assigned tasks.
• Follow onboard safety procedures and participate in emergency drills.

Requirements:

• At least 18 months of experience as an Ordinary Seaman.
• International sea service experience.
• Last sign-off within the past 9 months.
• Valid maritime documents must be available.
• Valid STCW certificates as required.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Valid U.S. or Schengen visa preferred.
