Job Description:
Elburg is recruiting an Ordinary Seaman (OS) to join a Chemical Tanker vessel. The successful candidate will assist the deck department with mooring, maintenance, cargo support, and general deck operations while following tanker safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with mooring, anchoring, and deck operations.
Perform cleaning, painting, maintenance, and preservation work.
Assist with cargo operations under supervision.
Maintain deck equipment and working areas.
Participate in onboard safety drills.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an OS preferred
Chemical Tanker experience preferred
Valid OS certification/COP as applicable
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid seafarer's documents
Good command of English
