OS for Bulk Carrier Vessel

Job Description

Dese Crew Management is recruiting an experienced Ordinary Seaman (OS) for a Bulk Carrier operating in the HRA trade area. The OS will assist the deck department with routine maintenance, mooring operations, cleaning, cargo support, and other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with mooring and anchoring operations.
• Carrying out routine deck maintenance and cleaning.
• Supporting ABs, Bosun, and deck officers with assigned duties.
• Assisting with cargo and safety operations.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and safe working practices.

Requirements

• Indonesian seafarers only.
• Previous experience as Ordinary Seaman on a Bulk Carrier is required.
• Experience must be in the same rank and same vessel type.
• All required certificates and documents must be valid for a minimum of 18 months.
• Valid STCW certificates applicable to rank.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Valid seaman’s book and relevant documents.
