AB / OS for Bulk Carrier Vessel

Job Description

KJCM Maritime Corporation is recruiting deck crew for Bulk Carriers Vessel, including Able Seaman (AB) and Ordinary Seaman (OS) positions.

The AB position is available for ASAP deployment. For the OS position, candidates must have at least 12 months of international sea service on bulk vessels as an OS.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform general deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and preservation.
• Assist with mooring, anchoring, and cargo-related deck operations.
• Support safe loading, discharge, and deck activities as instructed.
• Maintain deck equipment and working areas.
• Follow all vessel safety procedures and instructions from deck officers.

Requirements

For Able Seaman

• Valid AB Certificate / qualification
• Relevant bulk vessel experience preferred
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and seafarer's documentation

For Ordinary Seaman

• At least 12 months of international Bulk Vessel experience as OS – Required
• Valid OS qualification and STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and seafarer's documentation

For Both Positions

• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multinational crew
