AB for Oil Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Executive Manning Services Philippines Inc. is seeking two qualified Able Seamen (AB) for an oil tanker vessel. Candidates should be capable of performing deck duties, assisting with mooring operations, and maintaining the vessel’s deck and safety equipment in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform routine deck maintenance, cleaning, and preservation tasks.
• Participate in mooring, anchoring, and other assigned deck operations.
• Assist deck officers and the Bosun with daily duties.
• Inspect and maintain deck tools and equipment as instructed.
• Follow onboard safety procedures and participate in emergency drills.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as an Able Seaman; oil tanker experience is preferred.
• Valid Able Seaman certificate and required STCW certificates.
• Valid seafarer medical fitness certificate.
• Valid Seaman’s Book and passport.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Knowledge of safe deck practices and mooring procedures.
