Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join an LNG Floating Platform (FLNG) operating in Europe. This is an EU employment opportunity offering a 9 weeks on / 9 weeks off rotation. While previous FLNG or LNG experience is advantageous, candidates with experience onboard Tanker vessels are also encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will support deck operations, cargo-related activities, mooring, maintenance, and safety procedures while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Carry out deck maintenance, mooring, and cargo support operations.
Assist with navigation watches and routine deck duties as assigned.
Participate in safety drills and emergency response activities.
Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and international maritime regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of deck equipment and work areas.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
EU candidates only.
Valid Gas Tanker Familiarization Certificate.
Previous experience on Tanker vessels is preferred.
FLNG or LNG experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
