Job Description:
WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join a small General Cargo Vessel operating in Denmark. The successful candidate will support routine deck operations, vessel maintenance, cargo-related activities, and safe day-to-day operations onboard.
The position is available from 09 September until 05 October 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out routine deck maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and general deck operations.
- Supporting cargo handling operations as required.
- Maintaining deck equipment and work areas in good condition.
- Following onboard safety procedures and instructions from deck officers.
Requirements:
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC).
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Valid Seaman’s Book.
- Valid Passport.
- Previous experience in a similar AB position.
- Good English communication skills.
- Availability to join on 09 September 2026.
