Job Description
LT Marine Offshore Services, Inc. is urgently recruiting an experienced Able Seaman (AB) for a General Cargo Vessel.
Candidates must have relevant sea-service experience in the position applied for and be available for immediate deployment.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform deck maintenance, cleaning, and preservation duties.
- Assist with mooring, anchoring, cargo operations, and deck activities.
- Maintain deck equipment and machinery in safe working condition.
- Participate in lookout, watchkeeping, and safety duties as assigned.
- Follow vessel safety and environmental procedures.
Requirements
- Valid Able Seaman (AB) certification.
- Relevant sea-service experience as AB.
- General cargo vessel experience preferred.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Recommendation/appraisal reports are an advantage.
