Job Description:
Synergy Group is currently recruiting experienced Able Seamen (AB) to join General Cargo vessels. The successful candidates will support daily deck operations, cargo handling, mooring, maintenance, and other deck duties while maintaining a high standard of safety onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist with mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations.
Perform deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and preservation.
Operate and maintain deck equipment under supervision.
Participate in watchkeeping and routine deck duties.
Follow all safety procedures and instructions from senior deck officers.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Valid AB certification/COP as applicable.
Proficiency in English communication.
Relevant experience as an Able Seaman onboard General Cargo or similar vessels.
