Job Description
Aqualink Maritime, Inc. is looking for an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join a Container Vessel trading in the Far East Asia Trade. Candidates should be ready for deployment in July 2026 and capable of performing navigational watchkeeping, mooring operations, cargo assistance, and routine deck maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Stand navigational and security watches.
Participate in mooring, anchoring, and cargo handling operations.
Carry out deck maintenance, painting, and preservation work.
Operate deck machinery under officer supervision.
Maintain safety equipment and comply with ISM procedures.
Requirements
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Minimum 12 months of experience as an Able Seaman on a Container Vessel or similar merchant vessel
Valid AB Certificate, passport, and seaman's book
