AB for Container Carrier Vessel

Job Description

Navilands Marine Inc. is urgently recruiting qualified Able Seamen (AB) for its Container Carrier fleet.

The AB will support the deck department with mooring, maintenance, cargo operations, safety activities, and other routine deck duties.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform routine deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and repairs.
• Assist with mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations.
• Support container handling and deck activities.
• Maintain deck equipment and work areas.
• Follow vessel safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• Valid AB certification / CoC as applicable
• Valid STCW certificates
• Relevant Container Carrier experience
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid seafarer documents and certificates
• Valid US Visa preferred
• Good English communication skills
