AB for Chemical Tanker Vessel

Job Description:

ASM is recruiting qualified Able Seamen to join its chemical tanker fleet. The role involves carrying out deck duties, assisting with cargo-related operations, maintaining deck equipment, and supporting safe vessel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform deck maintenance, cleaning, and painting.
• Assist with mooring, unmooring, and anchoring operations.
• Support cargo operations under the supervision of deck officers.
• Inspect and maintain ropes, fittings, and deck equipment.
• Participate in emergency drills and follow onboard safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid Able Seaman certification.
• Relevant experience on chemical tankers or similar vessels.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
