Job Description:
We are currently recruiting skilled 4th Engineers to join an industry-leading shipping major operating a modern fleet of LNG Carriers.
This opportunity is open to engineers with prior LNG experience as well as candidates from Oil/Chem tanker backgrounds who are looking to transition into the LNG sector.
The fleet consists of large-tonnage vessels equipped with modern propulsion systems, offering long-term career development and stable rotations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assisting in engine room watchkeeping duties
Supporting maintenance of main engine (2-stroke) and auxiliary machinery
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Participating in planned maintenance and reporting systems
Requirements:
Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC)
Experience on LNG motor vessels or Oil/Chem tankers
2-stroke engine experience
Experience on vessels over 85,000 GRT (LNG) or 25,000 GRT (Oil/Chem)
All relevant STCW certification
Valid medical fitness certificate
Good English communication skills
Employment Details:
Rotation: 3 months on / 3 months off (3/3 voyage)
