Job Description:
Jasindo Duta Segara is looking for a qualified Third Officer for Chemical Tanker vessel operations. The position offers an opportunity for experienced deck officers to join an international merchant vessel. Candidates must have chemical tanker experience and valid STCW certification.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist with navigation watchkeeping duties
Maintain bridge equipment and navigation records
Participate in cargo operations and safety procedures
Conduct safety inspections and emergency drills
Support deck operations according to company standards
Requirements:
Valid STCW 2010 certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Minimum 2 years experience in the same rank on similar vessel type
Experience in foreign trading area
Experience on mixed crew vessels
Valid certificates required for chemical tanker operations
