Job Description:
Candina Group is seeking a qualified 3rd Officer to join a RO-RO vessel under Italian flag. The successful candidate will assist with navigational watchkeeping, safety operations, deck activities, and compliance with onboard procedures. The position offers a 4 months on / 1.5 months off rotation with ASAP joining.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform navigational watchkeeping duties as assigned.
- Assist with passage planning, navigation, and bridge operations.
- Support implementation of onboard safety and emergency procedures.
- Assist with deck operations, inspections, and maintenance.
- Maintain required navigational and safety records.
Requirements:
- Valid Officer of the Watch / 3rd Officer certification.
- Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents.
- Medical fitness certificate.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Relevant experience as a 3rd Officer, preferably on RO-RO vessels.
- Available for immediate joining.
Employment Details:
- Contract Duration: 4 months on / 1.5 months off rotation.
- Salary: €3,400 per month.
- Flag: Italian.
- Joining: ASAP.
